C.J. leads our inclusive ECR Hub community listening sessions where he codes participant feedback, documents relevant insights, and amplifies voices of the ECR grantee and prospective grantee community. C.J. holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction, specializing in Urban Education, from Texas A&M University. He is a researcher at AIR.
