Dr. Bharati B. Belwalkar

Bharati B. Belwalkar, PhD, leads Task 2, overseeing the synthesis and analysis of ECR project data to better understand the ECR research portfolio. She currently serves as a senior industrial and organizational (I/O) researcher at AIR and leads projects involving the use of AI and data science. Her research interests revolve around the intersection of assessment, technology, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and she has contributed to more than 30 publications and conference proceedings in these areas, including peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Personality Assessment, Personnel Psychology, The Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, and The Cambridge Handbook of Technology and Employee Behavior.
